Hi,
The new tracking code is definitely better and has more benefits than the old one. urchin.js will stop working at some point in the future.
At NixonMcInnes we have implemented the Google Analytics new code on the latest eCommerce website and the results are impressive.
Watch out! The old code is not compatible with the new one, so make sure you only install one of them on your website.
