Ubuntu Satanic Edition - Linux for the damned

I first visited Ubuntu Satanic Edition back in February and since then It's had some more work done on it. Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn was released and proved to be an excellent release, so Satanic Edition released an updated "Fiery Fawn". Here are some sexy screenshots

A lot has been said about the greatness of Ubuntu and personally I love the darker side of things sometimes, so it's fair to say that Ubuntu Satanic Edition has some good things going for it. Based on Ubuntu 7.04, Fiery Fawn has all the good things from the mainstream release but with some extra, gothic razzle dazzle. See below for a series of screenshots.

Satanic Edition looks awesome and it clearly has some excellent ideas behind it. I wonder what the people behind it are like... Watch this space. Visit Ubuntu Satanic Edition.

Satanic Edition does have appealing graphic features, but I don’t think everyone should take so lightly to it. Why do you people have such a fascination with Satan? A CREATED being? Taking the image of the uncorruptible God and making it like corruptible man. What do you have against God? And for you "Atheists", who exactly are you to say there is no God?

...wonder if that should be "Faun"---

My sides are splitting --whew! what a morning! I see that I’ve been in the dark, literally.
I experimented with vanilla Ubuntu but this is New to me. I’ve never seen it. Oh my God!!
I use the "old Linux distros".

Of all the insane- albeit Hilarious rebuttals (intended or not) to Falwell wannabes and I
speak of our illustrious leaders on "the Hill"--and others of the Far Right --who
reap the benefits of so many talented people --straight, gay, etc. while acting as
judge and jury of anyone "different"---and coders, graphic artists,et al --especially the
fantastic GNU/Linux creators & contributors are nothing, if not different-- thank God.

Has Ian Murdock, Richard Stallman or Linus Torvalds seen this? lol

I have no affinity with things-satanic, but after a grueling sleepless night at my machine
working on my own boring ideas---well, this was too damned much...who woulda
thought!

It could be far-reaching, parents could make use of this to ward off meddling little
candy-covered hands... uBOOtu!!

Anyway, to whoever came up with this, thanks for making me fall out of my
chair --not much can do that--- Jeez, I really thought it was a Joke!

Gates is probably secretly using it --- in a Faustian way.

>When i saw Ubuntu CE I thought leave it to them to ruin everything good.I mean what the hell is the point? Satanic edition is the perfect answer to CE. Satanic looks great!!! Will be passing along the CD on the collection plate this Sunday.

And if you check the SE website, as you do need an ubuntu base install, they suggest you might download CE (Christian Edition) and install SE over that :)
