Standing down from my 9rules membership

In December 2006 I was accepted into the 9rules community; a place where elite bloggers are offered exposure. You have to apply and meet certain criteria to be accepted (not that many do), but I was. However a lot has changed over the past 10 months and I'm standing down from my position in the community.

I've enjoyed being a member but I've not used it to its full potential. It's got a lot of excellent people in but recent changes to the terms and conditions mean that members need to actively participate within discussions, testing etc and I simply don't have the time to offer the right level of involvement. I work during the day and half a personal life that needs maintenance, ontop of pushing Seopher.com in new directions, writing high quality content on a regular basis... I just can't see myself being as active a member as is required.

It's a shame, the 9rules members are all amazing people for different reasons but I seldom engaged in meaningful conversation and it's possible that my place is best suited to someone with more time. It's been a nice journey but it's just not the right fit for me anymore.

I wish Mike, Scrivs and Tyme all the best in the future and hope things go from strength to strength. I'm just waiting on an email back from Tyme confirming my leaving and the 9rules logo will be pulled from this site. It's a shame to leave but I feel the extra time spent interacting on there would be valuable time best used elsewhere. That's about all I have to say at the moment - I'll confirm my departure when I hear more.
