Reduced price Advertising for sale

Around the turn of the year I decided to introduce the notion of expanding Seopher.com's revenue potential by offering a one-to-one advertising service. As yet I've not had any takers (shame on you...) but that doesn't concern me - it's surely quite daunting not going through a third party organisation such as Text-Link-Ads but fear not.

It's better for both of us
TLA take 50% of the revenue for themselves which is just plain rude, not to mention expensive. This way I can handle ads personally and actually form a relationship with the advertiser. Handling things through third party initiatives removes this social aspect of being a webmaster that I'd much rather avoid.

What you get
Well, the slots on the right hand side of site (your site here) are what's for sale, I'm offering up to 5 spaces for advertisements (text only currently, although if you'd really like a banner email me and we can discuss it). The site pulls in around 30,000 unique visitors a month serving 130,000 pages and that ad spot is on every page throughout the site.

Make me an offer
I'm getting tired of the ad spot going to waste when it could be utilised by another advertising network to fill the spot, helping pay the bills as it were. So make me an offer and we can discuss it because these months are long and dark and it's sometimes hard to find the motivation to write - so I've found that adding an increased monetization incentive is helping me keep the site regular.
