Increase in Google visitors thanks to impending Ubuntu release

I can always tell when it's getting towards Ubuntu release time because Google starts delivering more and more visitors.

I've got quite a lot of content relating to Ubuntu, but specifically Gutsy Gibbon (7.10) is due out this month so it's only likely that a lot of users are either looking for reviews or support. So here are two graphs showing the difference between yesterday's Google keyword usage vs. those for exactly a month ago:

Above is the pie chart showing a breakdown of yesterday's visitor's entrance keywords, showing the number of visitors on Ubuntu related keywords vs. non-Ubuntu related keywords.

As you can see is the number of normal visitors actually hasn't increased (which is unusual!) up but the number of Ubuntu related visits is proportionally increased due to the inherant popularity of Ubuntu. I don't see this behaviour when another distro is due a release but that's probably because there are more articles based on Ubuntu than other distros.

An interesting increase in visitors because of Ubuntu. The final release should be on October 18th so just under a week to wait - I should review the final release so keep your eyes on this spot.
