IHateLost.com takes on ABC

A new website ihatelost has been established to challenge the shows writers into bringing about plotlines/answers that hold some level of relevence. IHL maintains that it's creators do not hate Lost but more, have a distaste for the direction (or lack of) that the writers are moving in.

Lost became a cult hit by offering challenging situations with well written-interlinked stories/plots that offered a distinct level of intrigue not offered by the run-of-the-mill show. It is evident from Season One that a certain level of thinking had gone into the entire show... but this feeling appears to have escaped lately. IHL explains that the show is merely treading water, with massive questions remaining unanswered to the point where they are nearly forgotten about. Some argue that this is consistent with Season One, others argue that this is an example of poor writing.

This is where IHateLost comes in - a site dedicated to standing up against the show's writers and declaring that the average viewer only has so much patience, and will eventually notice the "exciting show | boring show | exciting show | boring show" pattern and see it as a means of stalling the story. Yes, it is common knowledge that Lost has signed up for more seasons, and IHL is concerned that this means more of the same bland, half hearted storytelling.

IHL encourage anyone with a point of view on the subject to hop on over and express themselves - remember, we (yes we, IHateLost is partially tackled by this author) do not hate the show, but are concerned for it's safety. If it's not careful, it could die from boredom.
