Free downloadable IT study guides worth ?52 each (apparently)

Just thought I'd post this link up as I've just come across it. The site looks AWFUL but the guides seem useful. On offer there is:

MCSA/MCSE - Windows XP Professional
MCSA/MCSE - 70-290 Server 2003

Network+
Security+
iNet+
