Digg proves to be a consistent vessel of hatred
In celebration of the unbanning
Someone submitted one of his recent articles to Digg and it obviously received some strong support, aided by the large and loyal readership of his blog. At the time of writing it has 61 Diggs but is a day old now - clearly it met the front page and was buried almost instantly.
John has no control over his submissions on the most part and if this trend continues he's likely to be banned all over again - plagued by the same army who caused his banning in the first place.
What conclusions can you make?
That if you make enemies on Digg then don't expect them to forget. It's a real shame because John is an idol of mine and he writes excellent material that more people could benefit from - hence why he should be on the front page of Digg more often than not. Whoever these people are who bury his content they are robbing "normal" users of an opportunity to learn something.
