Dear Blogger, respect my cease and desist
Remove her blog altogether? Surely that's a bit harsh for a simple bit of stolen content? I would normally be willing to agree but it's the specific nature of this bit of theft and the specific context of the website. Let me explain.
The specifics of the theftPayMeADollar have stolen my 8 ways to make money online in a small amount of time article and republished it as more ideas of making money online. This would be okay if any credit was given to me as the original author - but there isn't.
Infact, this "person" replaces instances of my name and my site for her name and her site.
It's this point that REALLY annoys me. Point #1 on my list was "#1 - Blogging (Seopher.com)" where I wrote:
Seopher.com started as an idle platform for me to express the more coherant of my thoughts, but around October I started spending more and more time on it
And on her site there is:
http://paymedollar.blogspot.com started as an idle platform for me to express the more coherant of my thoughts, but around October I started spending more and more time on it
Does it look familiar at all? That's directly taking credit for my writing by replacing my domain for hers. That's not on.

The post even links to the prequal article I wrote on the topic (the one that inspired my "8 ways..." one).
Her stolen post keeps that link (which is how I found the blog), where the author (me) wrote "In the original article I pondered whether it's possible to make a product and sell it..." and the daft sod left that in. So the author is taking credit for a post that is on my website is she? Right.
The injustice
PayMeADollar is a site about making money and is therefore hideously monetised - you can't move for fear of touching Adsense, affiliate links or other ads. Therefore I hate to think quite how much money this thief has made from my sterling content. Therefore this isn't just stealing my content but it's stealing income I could also be generating.
The cease and desist was ignored
The blogger doesn't provide an Email address so I left a comment against the post acting as a cease and desist. It was completely ignored so I reported the user to Blogger - and nothing has been done. I'm tired of this issue not being resolved.
Click here to view her Analytics (blogger don't allow hotlinking it seems... hehe).
As you can see in the above picture (click for a larger version); the blogger has published their Analytics. 3,146 visits apparently. I hope to god that is for the entire month because if that's per day then I shall be very angry (considering it's more than I achieve at the moment).
So please Blogger, see this blatent theft and disregard for not only etiquette but the law too. It really winds me up and any income she earns from my content is essentially money stolen from me. I've reported this to you numerous times and nothing has been done yet - I'm hoping getting people to read the full story will help push things forwards.
