Alexa just keeps on slipping

Just a quick post to timestamp that the Alexa widget has now been removed from Seopher.com for failing to help improve how accurately the Alexa rank reflects the true traffic.

Back when I opened my ReviewMe account I was recorded as being at 332,000 and was receiving around 120 visitors a day when "idle". Now, quite some time later the site is substantially up on traffic with January looking to end on 32,500 unique visitors, served 130,000 pages. Average "idle" traffic is up to 400-700 uniques a day (idle being without promotion or marketing).

Then and now
My rank improved for a week or so and then dropped off and is continuing to slide back to a similar figure. I wouldn't mind so much if the value of your site wasn't so heavily weighted by this seemingly irrelevant metric.

I've decided to start praying to the god of Alexa to start reflecting my traffic a little more or else... well, I guess I'll cry or something.
